In the mid-1970s in the small village of Round Pond, Maine, Jim and May Davidson began crafting wind bells that echoed the haunting, comforting tones of bell buoys. Jim began recording their sound while out lobstering, then painstakingly worked pieces of steel until he matched the tones. North Country Wind Bells was born and continues to craft original and authentically unique designs that echo the timeless mystique of coastal and harbor bells.

· The two-toned Utau Mediation Bell invites quiet, reflective moments. The name, “utau,” means to sing in Japanese, and that’s exactly what this bell does. Invoking peace, energy, and vitality, from its vibrant red color to its multi-leveled shape invoking a Buddhist temple, this bell is an enchanting accessory. Features a bonsai tree wind-catcher.

· Height: 11.25 inches

· Handmade in Maine
