Ticket Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather, we’ll post a closure statement both on our website and our Facebook page. Announcements will also be made via the local news closure lists. In such an event, we will refund the full price of your ticket(s). Since our system does not store your credit card information, our customer service team will send you an email reminding you to contact us either for a refund or to reschedule your visit for an open night of the event.
We do not issue refunds if local conditions prevent you from using your tickets when the Gardens is open. However, you may always apply the cost of your ticket(s) towards a Gardens membership, or use them for admission during our regular season, April through October. This is also an option for those holding tickets to a canceled event.
