Refunds and Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise in saleable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your Gardenshop receipt or order number.
Some exclusions apply:
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Final sale items include food items, personal care goods (such as beauty products), and any deeply discounted items that are marked “Final Sale.”
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return or exchange.
How to return your merchandise: Please send returns via a prepaid and insured method, including a copy of the original order you received by email and the reason for the return.

Online purchases can also be exchanged/returned in our physical stores within 30 days.
Damages/Order Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged or you have an issue, please email gardenshop@mainegardens.org with photos of the damaged product(s) immediately, and we will follow up with the next steps. Damages not reported immediately are considered to have occurred after delivery.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and Gardenshop are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided during checkout, whether in-store or online. Please email gardenshop@mainegardens.org if you suspect an item was delivered and taken. We will then confirm delivery to the address given at checkout, delivery date, tracking information, and the carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
